Contact the school office
Call, WhatsApp or visit our campus to request the application form — forms are issued directly by the office.
Complete the application form
The form must be fully completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian.
Attach photos & documents
One passport-size photo of the child and one of each parent/guardian, plus the medical report and previous school report (if transferring).
School interview
A short interview with the child confirms admission readiness.

What to prepare and submit.
Forms & Documents
Parents and guardians are requested to complete all admission procedures carefully and submit the required documents within the prescribed period. The admission form must be fully completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian.
For pupils transferring from another school, parents should attach the child's previous academic report and complete the transfer process immediately.
Medical & Photos
Each pupil is required to undergo a medical examination at a recognised government or private hospital, and the medical report should be submitted to the school.
Parents should also attach one passport-size photo of the child and one of each parent or guardian on the first page of the application form. Before submitting the form, please read the school rules and regulations carefully so that both school and family work together with a shared understanding.
